I have always been interested in one question more than in any single industry: what makes our life work well?

Not just professionally, and not only in terms of health. I mean the whole life: the ability to think clearly, learn quickly, make good decisions, create, recover from difficulty, stay curious, enjoy what you have built and still want to build more.
Be happy. Live well.
The more I have learned about people, the more obvious it has become to me that two things sit underneath almost everything else: the quality of our intelligence and the biological conditions in which that intelligence has to operate.
A brilliant mind does not exist somewhere outside the body.

It lives in a nervous system, depends on energy, responds to stress, sleep, movement, nutrition, hormones, environment and recovery. Our psychology is biological long before it becomes philosophical. The way we feel influences the way we think, and the state of the body changes what the mind is capable of doing with the world in front of it.
This is what makes metabolic psychobiology so important to me. It explains why cognition, emotion, motivation and behaviour cannot be separated cleanly from physiology, and why improving the conditions in which the brain and body operate changes far more than health markers.
It changes what a person is able to do with their own intelligence.
That is why health has never interested me as a separate lifestyle category.

I see it as part of human capability. The same is true of education. We spend years teaching children information, while the much more important question is what kind of minds we are helping them build: whether they remain curious, whether they can reason independently, whether they understand themselves, whether they know how to learn, and whether technology will enlarge their intelligence or slowly replace the effort of using it.
what kind of minds we are helping them build
The way a child learns to think, regulate attention, tolerate difficulty and remain curious becomes part of the adult they will later be. Education, to me, is therefore not only about knowledge. It is about developing the mental architecture that allows knowledge to become judgement, independence and the ability to keep learning long after formal education ends.
Technology fascinates me for exactly the same reason.

AI can remove friction, connect knowledge and give people access to abilities that once belonged to specialists. But technology becomes valuable only when it improves human life rather than simply occupying more of it.
The interesting question is never whether something can be built. It is what it does to the person using it.
The best technology should help people achieve more.
It should make people more capable of understanding, deciding and acting, while leaving the distinctly human parts of intelligence, curiosity, judgement and imagination stronger rather than less necessary.
Art, beauty, stories matter.

And people are shaped by far more than information. Art matters. Beauty matters. Stories matter. The things we watch, read, listen to and surround ourselves with influence what we notice, what we desire, what we imagine for ourselves and, eventually, how we behave. Culture is not decoration around life. It is part of the environment in which a mind develops.
Culture is not decoration around life.
What we repeatedly see becomes part of what feels normal, possible and desirable. Media, aesthetics and storytelling influence aspiration long before they become conscious decisions, which is why I see culture as something that participates in shaping behaviour rather than merely reflecting it.
This is why my work moves through health, education, technology, media and investment without ever feeling disconnected to me.

Alignify, Better Script, Bright Mind, Well & Hot, Wave and Novifund came from different questions, but all of them belong to the same way of looking at people: understanding what allows us to function better, think better and live better, and then creating something practical from that understanding.
Alignify brings that thinking into health, turning discipline into a desirable and sustainable healthy, happy lifestyle. Better Script takes it into parenting and development, where the way adults understand children affects the intelligence, confidence and independence children are able to build. Bright Mind carries the same concern into education and social impact. Well & Hot and Wave work through media, conversation and culture, because ideas only begin to shape behaviour once people can see themselves in them, understand them and want to engage with them. Novifund moves into capital, because an idea that deserves to exist still needs the conditions, resources and structure that allow it to become real.
